Rev Cindy Howell
Cynthia Howell is a dedicated psychedelic medicine facilitator, advocate, and educator committed to helping others on their healing journeys.
Her path has been shaped by personal experiences with trauma, addiction, and a deep search for meaning. Overcoming significant challenges, Cynthia found healing through cannabis, which guided her toward sobriety, and later through the transformative power of psychedelic medicines such as psilocybin, iboga, 5-MeO-DMT, NN-DMT, Hapé, Kambo, and cacao.
With over 15 years in the cannabis and psychedelic space, Cynthia has worked as a patient advocate, dispensary manager, educator, and product reviewer. During the pandemic, she ran a program delivering cannabis-based medicines and essential supplies to patients in need. Her contributions to the industry include award-winning cannabis-infused chocolates and public speaking engagements aimed at raising awareness and inspiring others to explore their own healing paths.
In 2022, Cynthia took the next step in her journey, training to serve medicine and hold sacred space for others. She has studied under elders, facilitators, and mentors, earning certifications in cacao ceremony facilitation and 5-MeO-DMT facilitation, while continuing to refine her practice. Cynthia brings deep empathy, understanding, and lived experience to her work, ensuring that those who seek her guidance feel seen, heard, and supported.
Through her work in media and education, including her role with PACE Radio Network through PACE News and the Mushie Moment, Cynthia continues to be a vocal advocate for plant and Earth medicines. Whether through speaking engagements, healing ceremonies, or one-on-one support, her mission remains the same: to help others find their path to healing and transformation.
